• More to achieve: In the first 1.5 years, you complete retail sales vocational training, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a trade and commerce specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a vocational trainer qualification.
• An interesting daily routine: You take charge of goods processes from ordering to selling, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Put your analytical skills to use: Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• A good place to start: At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month in months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas pay and six weeks of leave each year.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years, with accommodation and meals covered during your classroom training at an external leading education centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of being offered a role. With good performance, you could directly become head of your own product department. There is also a bonus for completing your training with good results.
• Strong training: Your trainer supports you, and thorough exam preparation helps you build both practical and theoretical skills for the future.
