Abitur Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program, you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. For the first 1.5 years you complete training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top. No cover letter is needed.

• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling, and inventory
• Help analyze business figures, such as your store's sales

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it

• You like approaching people and can inspire them with strong communication skills
• You are highly motivated, reliable, and can work flexibly around store opening hours
