School Leaver Programme in Store Management, Retail Management Specialist 2027

Kaufland's school leaver programme offers three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications in three years and the chance to take on leadership responsibilities. It combines 1.5 years of retail salesperson training with 1.5 years of advanced retail management training and a trainer qualification. The position is based at the store at Dianaplatz 23-25 in Nürnberg.

• Complete 1.5 years of retail salesperson training followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a retail management specialist, leading to the Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce qualification. You also gain a trainer qualification.
• Manage goods processes from ordering to selling and help shape customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills by taking responsibility for a department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.

• You have completed, or are about to complete, your Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
• You are interested in food and want to learn about ordering, selling goods and the product range.
• You enjoy approaching people and can engage them with strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and flexible enough to work around store opening hours.
