Abitur Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. The first 1.5 years are training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt, plus the trainer qualification.

• Be responsible for goods processes from ordering to sale and the customers' shopping experience
• Take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and inventory
• Help analyze business figures, e.g. the store's revenue

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife already in hand or about to be completed
• Interest in learning more about ordering, selling and the product range
• You like approaching people and inspire with strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, reliable and flexible around store opening hours
