Abitur Program Retail Store - Retail Management Specialist 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. For the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a retail management specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top. Full-time, permanent.

• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's revenue.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
• You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our product range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
