Abitur Programme Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur programme you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce) plus the trainer qualification. Full-time, permanent.

• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business key figures, such as your store's sales.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife or are about to finish it.
• You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our product range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
