High School Graduate Program Store - Retail Management Specialist 2027

Kaufland offers a high school graduate program in Heiligenroth with three IHK qualifications in three years: Retail Salesperson, Retail Management Specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce) and Instructor Aptitude. The program covers merchandise processes, leadership of a merchandise area, personnel deployment planning, inventory and analysis of business performance indicators.

• More is more: In the first 1.5 years you complete the training as Retail Salesperson, followed by 1.5 years further education as Retail Management Specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The instructor qualification comes on top
