• More qualifications: During the first 1.5 years, you complete a retail apprenticeship, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a trade and commerce specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An interesting working day: You handle the movement of goods from ordering to selling, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Build management skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Use your analytical skills: Help assess business figures, such as your store's sales.
• A good start: Receive at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the agreed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of holiday per year.
• More for you: Earn three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external training centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of being offered a job. With good performance, you could become the manager of your own product department straight away. You also receive a bonus for good training results.
• Strong training: Your trainer supports you, and thorough exam preparation helps you develop both practical skills and knowledge.
