School Leaver Programme in Store Management - Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce 2027

Kaufland's school leaver programme in Herrenberg offers three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications in three years and prepares you for a store leadership role. It starts on 1 August 2027 and is advertised as a full-time, permanent position.

• More is more: During the first 1.5 years, you complete a retail sales apprenticeship, followed by 1.5 years of further training for the Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce qualification. You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An interesting daily routine: You handle the flow of goods from ordering to sale and help shape our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Put your analytical skills to use: Help assess business figures, such as your store's sales.

• Ready to start? You already have your Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or are close to completing it.
