Abitur Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. For the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail merchant, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.

• Handle goods processes from ordering to sale and the customer shopping experience
• Take responsibility for a goods area, staff scheduling and inventory
• Support the analysis of business figures, e.g. store revenue

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
• You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our range.
• You like approaching people and inspire with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
