Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In the Abitur programme at Kaufland you are part of a strong team from the start. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt. Full-time, permanent.

• In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce), plus the trainer qualification
• You are in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and the shopping experience of our customers
• You take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and inventory
• You support the analysis of business figures, e.g. your store's sales

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
• You want to learn more about ordering and selling our products and our range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
