• More qualifications: Complete a retail apprenticeship in the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a trade and commerce specialist, earning the Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce qualification. You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An interesting working day: Take charge of goods processes from ordering to sales and the shopping experience of our customers.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Use your analysis skills: Help assess business figures, such as your store's sales.
• Pay and time off: At least €1,350 gross per month for the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month for months 7 to 18, and pay above the agreed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas pay and six weeks of holiday per year.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years, with accommodation and meals covered during the classroom phase at an external education center.
• Good prospects: Strong chances of being hired after passing the final exam, with good performance potentially leading directly to managing your own product department. A bonus is also available for good training results.
• Training support: A trainer by your side and thorough exam preparation help you develop practical skills and knowledge.
