• More qualifications: Complete retail sales training in the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of advanced retail management training leading to the Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce qualification. You also earn a trainer qualification.
• An interesting working day: You handle goods processes from ordering to sales and help shape our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Put your analytical skills to use: Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• Pay and time off: Earn at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.
• More for you: Earn three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external leading training centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of staying with us. With good performance, you may move straight into managing your own product department. Good training results also earn you a bonus.
