About this Apprenticeship
In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete the training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top. Full-time, permanent.

- The goods processes from ordering to sale, as well as our customers' shopping experience, are in your hands.
- Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business key figures, such as the sales of your store.
Requirements
- Ready to go? You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
- Passion for food? You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about our range.
- You dare to try? Of course! You like approaching people and can inspire them with your communication skills.
- Can people count on you? Great. You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- You're in the right place: at least €1,350 gross per month during the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also: holiday pay, Christmas bonus and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- More for you: 3 qualifications in 3 years - we also cover the cost of accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
- Great prospects: After passing the final exam, you have the best chances of being taken on. With good performance, straight away as head of your own goods department. You also get a bonus for passing the training well.
