What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers

• During the first 1.5 years, you complete a retail apprenticeship, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training for the Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce qualification. You also earn a trainer qualification.
• You are responsible for goods processes from ordering to selling and for our customers' shopping experience.
• Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• You receive at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday per year.
• Three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external training centre.
• After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of being offered a continuing role. With good performance, you could lead your own product department straight away. You also receive a bonus for completing your apprenticeship with good results.
• Your trainer and thorough exam preparation help you build practical skills and knowledge for your future.
