• More is more: In the first 1.5 years you complete the training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.
• Your daily work will be exciting: the goods processes from ordering to sale and our customers' shopping experience are in your hands.
• Develop leadership skills: take responsibility for a goods area, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Analysis is your thing: help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
• You're in the right place: at least €1,350 gross per month in the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and pay above the pay scale from month 19. Also: holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
• More for you: 3 qualifications in 3 years, and we also cover accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
