Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In Kaufland's Abitur program you are part of a strong team from the start.

• In the first 1.5 years you complete the training as retail merchant, followed by 1.5 years of further training as Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.
• The goods processes from ordering to sale and the shopping experience of our customers are in your hands.
• Take responsibility for a goods area, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Support the evaluation of business figures, such as your store's sales.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
• You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
