Abitur Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. The first 1.5 years are training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt, plus the trainer qualification.

• Be in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and the customer shopping experience
• Take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and inventory
• Help analyze business figures such as store revenue

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife or are about to complete it.
• Passion for food: you want to learn more about ordering, selling and our range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire with your communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
