School-Leaver Programme - Retail Trade Specialist 2027

A Kaufland school-leaver programme offering three IHK qualifications and the opportunity to take on leadership responsibility.

Complete training as a retail sales assistant followed by further training as a retail trade specialist, including an instructor qualification; manage product processes from ordering to sales and support the customer shopping experience; take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and stocktaking; support the analysis of business figures.

Abitur or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification already obtained or close to completion; interest in ordering, selling and learning about food products; communicative and confident when approaching people; motivated, reliable and flexible during store opening hours.

At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 from months 7 to 18 and an above-tariff salary from month 19; holiday and Christmas bonuses; six weeks of annual leave; three qualifications in three years; accommodation and meals covered during the school phase; strong prospects of permanent employment and a possible bonus; trainer support and comprehensive exam preparation; events, competitions and various discounts, including the Deutschland-Ticket.
