More is more: In the first 1.5 years you complete the training as a retail merchant, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a trade specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is included on top. Your everyday life will be exciting: The merchandise processes from ordering to sale as well as our customers' shopping experience are in your hands. Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a merchandise area, personnel deployment planning, and inventory. Analysis is your thing: Support the evaluation of business performance indicators, such as your branch's turnover.

Here you're right: At least €1,350 gross per month for the first half year, from the 7th to 18th month at least €1,500 gross per month, and from the 19th month above-tariff salary. Plus?
