• During your two-year sales apprenticeship, you learn about our products at the meat, sausage, cheese and fish counters.
• You become a service counter specialist and help customers discover our product range.
• You help your team order, receive and store goods for the fresh food counter.
• You use your creativity to display fresh products and give customers a great shopping experience.
• You use your knowledge to give customers helpful advice and fresh products of the highest quality.
• You receive at least €1,250 gross per month in the first year and at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year, plus holiday and Christmas pay and six weeks of holiday each year.
• A qualified trainer and thorough exam preparation help you build both practical skills and knowledge for the future.
• After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of being offered a job. You also receive a bonus for good results.
• You can continue developing after your apprenticeship, for example by gaining a further qualification as a retail sales specialist.
• Enjoy events and competitions, such as fitfortrade, and discounts on fitness, leisure activities and the Deutschlandticket.
• All pay, holiday pay and Christmas pay follow the current fixed pay scale.
