• An exciting daily routine: Your three-year dual study program includes varied classroom and practical phases.
• Your ideas matter: You get involved and help improve things, from spotting opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• Gain broad experience: From the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries, you learn about every area and process in our stores.
• Early management experience: Take responsibility early, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday.

• This is the place for you: Gross monthly pay is €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.

• Good prospects: Strong performance and commitment give you an excellent chance of staying with the company, and you will prepare for a store management role.
• More for you: You receive 20 days of paid leave to write your final thesis and your own company laptop. We also cover your tuition fees and help with travel costs for an optional semester abroad.
