• An interesting daily routine: Your three-year dual study programme includes varied classroom and practical phases.
• Your ideas matter: You take an active role in making improvements, from spotting opportunities to putting changes into practice.

• Early management experience: Take responsibility early, for example by covering for a department manager during holidays.

• Your pay: €1,650 gross per month in the first year, €1,750 gross per month in the second year and €1,950 gross per month in the third year. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.
• Want to develop your skills? You receive individual training and take part in interesting practical projects.
• Good future prospects: Strong performance and commitment give you an excellent chance of staying with us, and you will prepare for a store management role.
• More support: You receive 20 days of paid leave to write your final thesis and your own company laptop. We also cover your tuition fees and help pay travel costs for an optional semester abroad.
