• An interesting daily routine: Your three-year dual study programme includes varied periods of classroom learning and practical work.
• Your ideas matter: You take an active role in making improvements, from spotting opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• A broad view of retail: From the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries, you learn about every area and process in our stores.
• Your first leadership experience: You take responsibility early, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday.

• You complete the classroom parts of your degree at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Heilbronn. We support and challenge your professional, social and personal development to prepare you for your future.
• Your pay: €1,650 gross per month in the first year, €1,750 gross per month in the second year and €1,950 gross per month in the third year. You also receive holiday and Christmas pay and six weeks of holiday each year.

• Good prospects: Strong performance and commitment give you excellent chances of a job after graduation, and you are prepared for a store leadership role.
• Extra support: You receive 20 days of paid leave to write your final thesis and your own company laptop. We also cover your tuition fees and contribute towards travel costs for an optional semester abroad.
