Dual Study Program Business Administration Retail - Store (B.A.) 2027

As a dual student at Kaufland, you are part of a strong team from the start. The 3-year dual study program combines theory and practical phases. You complete the theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn. You get to know all areas and processes in the stores and are prepared for a management position in the store.

• Actively get involved and drive improvements, from spotting potential to practical implementation
• Gain insight into the product range, ordering goods and checking deliveries
• Take on responsibility early, e.g. as vacation cover for a department manager
• Support the analysis of business key figures

• Half-year report card, Abitur or Fachabitur
• Interest in learning more about ordering and selling goods and about retail
• Confident manner and strong communication skills
• Regional flexibility to work in different stores
• Highly motivated, reliable and flexible around store opening hours
