• Your days will be varied: During your three-year dual study program, you experience a mix of classroom and practical phases.
• Your ideas matter: You get involved and help improve things, from spotting opportunities to putting changes into practice.
• Gain broad experience: From the product range and ordering goods to checking deliveries, you learn about every area and process in our stores.
• Gain your first management experience: Take responsibility early, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday.
• Enjoy working with figures? Help review business performance figures.
• You are in the right place: You receive €1,650 gross per month in the first year, €1,750 gross per month in the second year and €1,950 gross per month in the third year. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.
• Want to develop your skills? Perfect. You benefit from individual training and exciting practical projects.
• Great prospects: With good performance and strong commitment, you have an excellent chance of a permanent job and will prepare for a management role in the store.
• More for you: You receive 20 days of paid leave to write your final thesis and your own company laptop. We also cover your tuition fees and help pay your travel costs for an optional semester abroad.
