Goods Coordination Administrator

Temporary full-time logistics role at Kaufland in Möckmühl. You help warehouse operations run smoothly through goods coordination, data maintenance and stock checks.

• Keep everything running: Ensure smooth warehouse operations by maintaining item data and system settings in the SAP warehouse management system.
• Data management and warehouse layout: Check and resolve errors in master data and systematically assign new items to positions in the warehouse layout.
• Returns management and warehouse organisation: Process returns and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Checks and corrections: Identify stock discrepancies and record necessary stock adjustments in the SAP warehouse management system.
• Attention to detail: Investigate stock discrepancies and identify sources of errors and weaknesses in warehouse processes.

• You have completed vocational training in business administration, ideally in logistics.
• You have some initial work experience in goods management or maintaining warehouse stock records.
• You are confident using Google Workspace and ideally know SAP ERP, warehouse management systems, EWM or similar systems.
• You are familiar with the complex processes within a retail warehouse.
• You focus on service and make decisions confidently. You also use your strong communication skills effectively in conversations.
• Working at different times: You are willing to work shifts, including weekends.
