What You'll Learn
- Non-refrigerated products (+15°): prepare various pallets of food products for shipping.
- Take and prepare orders using Pick by Voice (voice control system): you receive and communicate the relevant information for your work directly through headphones.
- The focus is on full pallets: sorted and repacked. Transport the ready-to-ship pallets to the waiting areas for pickup.
Requirements
- Ideally you already have experience in industrial or commercial warehousing, for example as an order picker or warehouse worker; this is an advantage but not a necessity.
- You are reliable, committed, and work independently and carefully.
- You are available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- You are also welcome in #teamkaufland if you want to change your career field.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- Worth working for us: you receive an attractive salary of €18.77 per hour, including shift supplements (15%), night shift supplements (50%), as well as vacation pay (€1,609.50) and Christmas bonus (€1,856.25) according to the employment contract, plus a monthly performance bonus of €350.
