Apprenticeship and Further Training as Certified Retail Business Manager

Combined apprenticeship and further training to become a certified retail business manager (m/f/d) at KiK. You earn three qualifications in three years: retail merchant, business manager (Fachwirt) and trainer certificate. The goal is to be able to lead a team in a KiK store.

• You get to know all processes in the store
• You help with staff scheduling and organisation in the store
• Receiving and presenting goods are among your regular tasks
• You keep the store tidy and implement the concept guidelines
• You hold advice and sales conversations with our customers and work at the checkout
• Experienced trainers teach theory at the Retail Education Centre in Springe (BZE) in 10 seminars of 2 weeks each
• Theory focus: retail marketing, leadership and communication, and cost and performance accounting

• You have the Abitur or full advanced technical college entrance qualification
• Willingness to learn and initiative are important so you can easily complete the Abitur graduate program
• You enjoy selling and dealing with our customers
• You like working in a team and always support your colleagues
