Build useful know-how in the areas of marketing, logistics and human resources management and learn to effectively monitor the achievement of business objectives. All this you need to prospectively take over team leadership in a KiK branch.

• You learn all processes in the branch
• You support in personnel deployment planning and organization in the branch
• Goods receipt and goods presentation are part of your regular tasks
• You ensure a tidy branch and implement the concept specifications
• You conduct consulting and sales talks with our customers and are deployed at the checkout
• Theoretical content is taught by experienced lecturers at the Retail Education Center in Springe (BZE) in 10 seminars of 2 weeks each
• Theoretical focus areas: Retail marketing, leadership and communication as well as cost and performance accounting

• You have the Abitur (university entrance qualification) or full technical college entrance qualification
• Willingness to learn and initiative are important so that you can go through the high-school graduate model with ease
• You enjoy sales and dealing with our customers
• You like working in a team and support your colleagues at any time
