• You learn all processes in the branch
• You support personnel deployment planning and organization in the branch
• Goods receipt and product presentation are among your regular tasks
• You ensure a tidy branch and implement the concept specifications
• You conduct advisory and sales talks with our customers and are deployed at the checkout
• Theoretical content is conveyed by experienced lecturers at the Retail Education Center in Springe (BZE) in 10 seminars of 2 weeks each
• Theoretical focuses: retail marketing, leadership and communication as well as cost and performance accounting

• You have the Abitur (university entrance qualification) or full Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification)
• Willingness to learn and initiative are important so that you can complete the high-school graduate model with ease
• You enjoy selling and dealing with our customers
• You like working in a team and support your colleagues at all times
