In addition, product development including sampling, supplier selection and ordering as well as follow-up fall within the area's responsibilities.

You create and check technical product specifications, measurement tables, and processing details. You ensure compliance with defined design, fit, quality, and cost requirements. During product development you support purchasing with technical questions. You assess development, fit, pre-production, and production samples. You carry out fit checks independently and coordinate technical adjustments and corrections with suppliers. The release of samples is done by you according to established company guidelines and responsibilities. You identify and evaluate potential quality problems early on, even before the start of series production. You ensure that applicable textile regulations, product safety requirements, and internal quality standards are complied with. You actively contribute to the implementation of corrective measures and the continuous improvement of product quality.

You have sound technical knowledge in the field of clothing and textile products. A pronounced quality awareness and a good eye for detail characterize you. Your way of working is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. In dealing with international suppliers you communicate confidently and convincingly. You bring commercial understanding and a pronounced cost awareness. Even when simultaneously managing several product groups and projects, you keep an overview and reliably meet deadlines.
