In your three-year apprenticeship at KIND, you will become an expert in acoustics, electronics, anatomy, audiology, and psychology. In the specialist store, you will learn what matters in fair, transparent, and competent consultation. We teach you the know-how for all craft and technical tasks related to hearing systems. This includes determining the individual hearing ability of your customers using hearing tests, creating three-dimensional ear impressions, or adjusting hearing aids. In addition to practical training in the specialist store, you will attend vocational school in Lübeck for 8 blocks of 3–5 weeks each.

You enjoy giving people more quality of life. You are skilled manually and enjoy practical work. Technology and digitalization excite you. You have a good understanding of physics and biology and are comfortable dealing openly with people of all ages. You can communicate confidently in German – both written and spoken. Your German skills are therefore at least B2 level, C1 is an advantage.

During the vocational school blocks in Lübeck, you are well taken care of – the costs for travel to and from, accommodation, and meals are covered by us.
