Broad apprenticeship as an automotive sales assistant at Volvo, with rotations through commercial areas of the dealership and head office, as well as sales, customer service, parts management, financial management and IT.

You learn about commercial areas in the dealership and head office, receive sales training from the consultation through to vehicle delivery, learn customer service processes from order intake to the pick-up and delivery service, gain insight into parts and accessories management, dispatch and financial management, and are introduced to IT applications and communication media.
