Mandatory Internship in Business, Finance and Public Enterprises - Human Resources

In the 'Application Support HR' center, you will gain exciting insights into human resources management with SAP and support us in our daily tasks. In addition to payroll accounting as a basic component, you will also learn the management components of organizational and position management, personnel cost planning, time management, travel expenses, and the employee self-service portal (ESS). Furthermore, you will accompany implementation projects (management components) and conversion projects (NKHR). Organizational tasks such as creating and maintaining manuals and training materials are also part of your responsibilities.
