HR Integration & Infrastructure Specialist

• Ensuring smooth operation of HR IT systems with a focus on personnel administration and payroll
• Independent assumption of 1st level support for departments and users
• Participation in projects to optimize and further develop our HR IT system landscape together with departments and external IT service providers
• Function as technical in-house consultant or key user for departments and users, as well as interface management (e.g., Seminar3, Talent3 and travel expenses, Benifex)
• Ensuring data quality and development and rollout of an internal key user training concept
• Interface function between various Korian departments
• Payroll coordination including follow-up
• HR PMO Shared Service Center
• Workstream responsibility for integration, exit, or ramp-up projects including evaluations (e.g., exit costs)

Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally with a focus on HR or IT. Extensive experience in supporting HR IT systems, particularly in personnel administration and payroll, ideally with the accounting software LOGA. Knowledge of 1st level support, user support, and interface management. Analytical understanding and experience in creating HR reports and ensuring data quality. Initial experience in project management, ideally in system integrations, process optimizations, or HR Shared Service Center. Strong communication and consulting skills in dealing with departments, IT service providers, and users. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as enthusiasm for the further development of HR processes and systems.
