Dual Study Programme Business Administration – Digital Business Management

You want to study but not just sit in lecture halls? You want to take responsibility, drive projects, and understand how a company really works? Then start your dual study programme with us and develop professionally and personally step by step. With us you work on real tasks from day one, contribute your own ideas, and get to know the diverse areas of a modern industrial company. Don't just start a dual study programme. Actively shape your future and that of our company.

During your dual study programme you work at the interface between business administration, digitalisation, and data analysis and learn how digital technologies sustainably transform companies. You support our specialist departments in analysing, optimising, and digitalising business processes and actively contribute to real tasks. You deal with data-driven questions, evaluate information, and develop well-founded recommendations for action. You get to know modern technologies and AI applications and help identify and exploit their potential for our company. You work on projects around digitalisation, process automation, and the use of AI in everyday business. In doing so, you gradually take on more responsibility, present results, and continuously develop professionally and personally.

You have successfully completed your Abitur or are about to finish it. You are interested in economic contexts as well as AI, digital technologies, and their application in companies. You enjoy recognising connections in data, deriving recommendations for action, and engaging with digital trends, innovations, and technological developments. You approach questions analytically and structurally, but also like to think "out of the box" and find solutions for a wide range of challenges. You can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and recognise connections between economic, technical, and digital fields. You are curious, eager to learn, and have the ambition to continuously develop and achieve good results. You show initiative and tackle tasks independently and responsibly.

The theoretical phases take place at the WelfenAkademie in Braunschweig; we cover the tuition fees in full. Throughout your entire studies we support you intensively and foster your individual development with regular feedback. We offer you the opportunity to contribute your strengths, take on responsibility early, and gain valuable practical experience. At the same time we support you with regular feedback, personal mentoring, and diverse development opportunities on your career path.
