Intern HR Marketing

Internship in HR Marketing / Social Media at K+S Aktiengesellschaft in Kassel, starting 01.12.2026 for 3 months. Depending on your study regulations, it is a mandatory or voluntary internship.

• Creating your own posts for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website etc.)
• Preparing, running and following up university fairs
• Helping shape topics in apprenticeship marketing
• Contributing to strategic projects in HR marketing and employer branding
• Researching current trends in HR marketing and preparing target group, labor market and competitor analyses

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, Marketing, Business Psychology or a comparable degree program
• Mandatory internship as part of your studies or a voluntary internship lasting 3 months
• Interest in HR marketing topics, especially social media
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and creativity
• Confident use of MS Office products
