Working Student Human Resources

In the Human Resources unit of K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH at the Neuhof site, we are offering a working student position (up to 20 hours/week) as soon as possible. Please state in your cover letter, besides your available period, your possible weekly working hours.

• Supporting the HR business partners in daily business in caring for and advising our employees on personnel and organisational matters
• Independently taking on operational HR tasks, sub-projects and special topics
• Accompanying and supporting the area of training
• Helping in applicant management and accompanying the onboarding process, e.g. creating welcome folders for our newly hired colleagues
• Creating reports and presentations

• Enrolled student in business administration, economics, business education, business law or a comparable degree programme, ideally with a focus on human resources management
• First practical experience in HR work through internships, working student jobs or a relevant vocational training is desirable
• Confident German skills, language level C1
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Friendly, communicative and self-assured manner
• Organisational and coordination skills
