Field Sales Engineer HVAC - Planner Support

As a sales engineer at KSB you implement the sales strategy in your sales territory and are the main contact for customers.

• You identify new business potential and are responsible for implementing the sales strategy with the aim of product sales.
• You support and develop customers in your sales region – in a partnership-based, solution-oriented and long-term way.
• You monitor market and competitor developments and derive opportunities from them.
• You generate leads and continuously expand your network by visiting trade fairs and events
• You ensure good internal communication and coordination with all interfaces when implementing technical solutions.
• You manage the entire sales process – from needs assessment to closing the contract.
• You actively contribute to the revenue and results development of your region.

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, building services engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have market knowledge in heating, air conditioning and plumbing and a basic understanding of industrial applications.
• You can quickly grasp complex technical relationships, find solutions and explain them clearly.
• Hands-on mentality, creativity, personal responsibility and a good feel for target groups.
• You find it easy to build positive long-term relationships and networks.
• Salesperson personality with a sure sense of customer wishes.
• Negotiation skills and confident manner.
• You are a communication talent, have empathy, have ideas beyond the standard, can argue soundly and work persistently toward the goal.
