Surveying technicians perform field work such as building surveys, boundary determinations, etc. In the office, they prepare field work, maintain and update the land register, and process cadastral surveys.

Intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife). Good mathematical skills. Technical understanding. Drawing aptitude. Enjoyment of working outdoors.
