You want to start your career directly, work with finances and people, and earn two recognized qualifications at the same time? Then our high school graduate program for bank clerk in the advisory branch (m/f/d) with further training to become a certified banking specialist (m/f/d) is exactly your next step.

Direct customer contact from day one: You advise, support our customers, and sell our products. You will be accompanied and supported by experienced advisors. You learn everything about customer advisory on the topics of building savings and construction financing, with the goal of becoming a successful independent commercial agent (§§ 84, 92 HGB) at LBS Süd: Because with building savings you sell more than a financial product – you accompany people on the way to their dream of owning a home and create security for their future. In about 10 seminar blocks (each max 5 days) you acquire your necessary expertise at the Sparkasse Academy in Stuttgart. Your full board and accommodation on site are covered by us. A multi-week assignment at a savings bank near you rounds off your training. And afterwards? Straight into your own business: After your training you enter into a commercial agent relationship (§§ 84, 92 HGB) and become successful as a self-employed financial advisor.

You are of legal age at the start of training. You have your high school diploma (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or are shortly before graduation with good grades in math and German. You are interested in finance and banking topics. You are communicative and can easily convince others. You work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner.

Work-life balance: Flexible working hours, 31 vacation days plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Strong salary according to collective agreement that grows each year: 1st training year: €1,687.83, 2nd training year: €1,755.00.
