• Supporting the manager in planning and carrying out store construction projects, and communicating with and coordinating suppliers and service providers, including obtaining and preparing cost estimates
• Helping with material and resource planning for store construction projects, and monitoring delivery times and ordering processes
• Reporting on quality standards by regularly checking and documenting construction progress
• Preparing data and creating meaningful analyses and presentations, writing documentation and improving the data maintenance process
• Carrying out market research and trend analyses to identify new opportunities and developments in store construction

• Completed degree or vocational training in a technical, commercial or construction-related field is an advantage
• Some experience in managing and monitoring projects, including time, cost and quality management
• Analytical thinking combined with good MS Office skills; knowledge of the planning software Sketch-Up is an advantage
• Strong communication skills when dealing with customers, partners and service providers, as well as organizational strength and a solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel regularly and be present on site at customers or construction sites within Germany
