About this Apprenticeship
Recording of provided shop measurements, as well as independent measurement of our customers' shops and subsequent transfer of data into Category Management tools including maintenance of shop master data Independent macro planning and space allocation of shop layouts. Coordination with internal departments and, if necessary, with customers Creation of shop-specific assortment planograms based on an agreed Category Management rule set as well as coordination of shipping of all relevant CM documents Participation in CM customer workshops and appointments Creation of individual ad-hoc planograms for customer groups and system customers
Requirements
- Commercial training in wholesale/retail or business studies degree
- First experience in Category Management, planogramming or shelf optimization an advantage
- Knowledge of sales floor design and Space Management, ideally with tools like Nielsen Spaceman
- Analytical understanding for evaluation of sales data and market analyses
- Confident handling of MS Office 365 as well as strong communication and organizational skills and team spirit
