With your 3-year dual study program you combine sound theory with applied practice in alternating phases and ideally prepare for a responsible position in sales During the theory phases you study at a dual university/academy (Berlin, Gera, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Lörrach, Mannheim or Ravensburg) and learn the focus topics of retail such as retail marketing, finance or human resources During the practical phases in various branches you learn our business and all important processes from the ground up – from merchandise shelving/presentation to disposition to ensuring quality, freshness and cleanliness Also in focus: employee leadership, KPI analysis and the implementation of our store concepts

Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical parts) with good grades in math, German and possibly economics Engaged work style and desire for the dynamic world of retail Enthusiasm, determination and high willingness to take responsibility Communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking Independence combined with strong team player qualities Reliability and flexibility for mobile deployment within your region
