Start of studies: 1 October. With your 3-year dual study programme you combine sound theory with applied practice in alternation and prepare ideally for a responsible position in sales. In the theory phases you study at a dual university / vocational academy (Berlin, Gera, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Lörrach, Mannheim or Ravensburg) and learn the focus topics of retail such as retail marketing, finance or human resources. During the practical phases in various stores you learn our business and all important processes from the ground up – from merchandise shelving/presentation through disposition to ensuring quality, freshness and cleanliness. Also in focus: employee leadership, KPI analysis and the implementation of our store concepts.

• Abitur or technical college entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part) with good grades in Maths, German and possibly Economics
