About this Apprenticeship
Part-time job for enrolled university students at the Lidl store in Waltrop. You support the team with sales, product displays, checkout duties, stockroom work and cleaning.
What You'll Learn
- Work with your teammates to keep the store tidy and give customers a great shopping experience
- Take an active role in stocking shelves, creating appealing product displays, baking and operating modern checkout systems
- Keep the Scan&Go area working, encourage customers to use the system and provide help for a positive shopping experience
- Check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and assist customers with advice and practical support
- Carry out stockroom and cleaning duties
Requirements
- Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
- Interest in the fast-paced world of retail
- A quick and efficient approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing tasks
- Team spirit, friendliness and enjoyment of working with people
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts agreed with your manager
