Sales Assistant with Deputy Role, Part-time

Lidl is looking for a part-time sales assistant with a deputy role for the store at Zeppelinstr. 15 in Karlsruhe. Together with the team you keep the store tidy and provide a great shopping experience, and you support the store manager. You can apply without a cover letter and CV.

• Together with your team colleagues you ensure a well-kept store and a great shopping experience for our customers
• Whether stocking and attractively presenting goods, baking, or working the checkout with our modern systems: you pitch in with full commitment
• In the Scan&Go zone you ensure the system works, get customers excited about it and offer help for a positive shopping experience
• You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution and implementing our store concepts
• You also handle warehouse, cleaning and inventory work

• Work experience in retail or a comparable industry, ideally with first leadership experience, e.g. as a shift leader
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment in inspiring and motivating others
• Fast and efficient way of working and adaptability to changing tasks
• Reliability and willingness to work in flexible shift models in agreement with the manager
