Software Engineer Aerospace Test & Verification

Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of aircraft equipment. Its products include landing gears as well as flight control and actuation systems. These products are not only found on board large commercial aircraft, but are also used in business jets and helicopters, for example.

• Functional verification and validation of aerospace software products through testing and analysis
• Definition of requirements for embedded software testing, including associated test equipment and test environments
• Review, evaluation, and analysis of verification data
• Creation of test and verification documentation
• Development of test applications and test software
• Preparation, execution, and continuous improvement of verification tool qualifications
• Development and execution of analysis methods for customer products
• Coordination of technical tasks and schedules within an agile development team

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in software development and verification in accordance with defined processes and industry standards is desirable
• Strong analytical and structured working approach
• English language skills (required) and German language skills (desirable)
• Strong team-working skills
• Knowledge of DO-178 is desirable
• ISTQB certification/qualification is desirable
