You are eager to analyze business processes in shipbuilding and implement digital solutions? As a management assistant (m/f/d) for digitalization management, you act as the interface between IT and the respective specialist departments at our shipyard.

As part of the analysis of our business processes, you identify optimization potentials and deal with the planning and implementation of digital solutions to improve and digitize processes in the company. When specialist departments plan to use new IT systems, you provide advice and support the system introduction. In doing so, you identify the requirements placed on the digital applications and ensure careful documentation of this information. The coordination and supervision of IT projects as well as the evaluation of relevant data for preparation for operational decisions also fall within your area of responsibility. You ensure that measures for IT and data security are implemented.
